I hope your organization will sign onto this letter advocating for a 100% clean and renewable replacement of the Capitol Area System. This is a new communication to the Governor and Commissioners of Department of Administrative Services (DAS) and Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) following the Decarbonization Report from DAS about the system. This letter highlights some of the findings in the Decarbonization Report and recommends two actions: a public meeting about the findings, and another study of two electrification approaches.
